We offer flexibility—handling both design and build or providing just the design if you prefer to work with your own contractor. We also offer home staging services to help you sell your property quickly and maximize its value.
Our mission is to create sustainable, greener spaces by selecting eco-friendly materials and, when possible, incorporating biophilic and Feng Shui techniques to enhance harmony and well-being. We handle full project management, coordinating all trades so you only need to work with us. Construction is a collaborative effort, and we’ve partnered with the best local trades to ensure exceptional results. We couldn’t achieve our quality without the strength of the industry behind us.
This is when we meet for the first time. We listen to your needs, discuss your priorities, your vision, your budget. We take some measurements. We can meet in person, over the phone or via email.
We go back to our office and put your project in drawings. We work with your collaboration to complete very realistic 3D drawings. We work hourly or within a budget, depending of the size of your project.
Once your design plans are finalized, we can estimate an overall budget for building your project. We give you your design plans, building steps, an accurate budget and a time schedule, so you know the entire process.
When the overall budget is approved, we provide exact construction drawings so there are absolutly no uncertanties. Every trades has a very clear picture of what is needed. It saves everyone time, money and it make your project way more enjoyable.
We provide a schedule so you know what to expect, what is left to do and when the completion is scheduled for. You will receive a payment update bi-weekly. We take care of all the trades for you so you only have to talk to our team. Our relationship is based on excellent communication.
