Annie Jomphe was born in Quebec, Canada, and from a young age, felt called to explore beyond what was familiar. At 16, she left home to discover the world, a decision that would shape the way she lives, creates, and writes.

Her journey began in Mexico in 1998, where she stepped far outside her comfort zone and discovered a lifelong pull toward adventure. Married since 2003, Annie and her husband have built a life rooted in experience, raising their three children while continuously choosing growth, movement, and new perspectives. Writing became a way to slow down and make sense of it all, a space to process both the challenges and the beauty of life.

In 2016, their family sold everything and set sail for two years, despite having no prior experience. That journey transformed how Annie sees the world and deepened her connection to storytelling, leading to the publication of her first book, «Partir pour mieux revenir», (2020), translated in English “Sailing back to life” (2025), both available on Amazon.

With nearly two decades in the construction industry, Annie brings that same depth of experience into her work, creating spaces that are intentional, functional, and connected to nature. Her approach blends sustainability with refined design, shaped by a life lived across places, homes, and environments. Through her writing, she shares reflections, ideas, and practical insights to help others create spaces—and lives—that feel aligned, grounded, and fully lived.
