We have been working with Martin and Annie for the past eight months and they are both amazing. We are extremely fussy, articulate people and my husband and I heavily relied on their input and expertise. Working through all the decisions and timelines was exhausting but with these two on our side definitely made the entire renovation a positive experience.
If you are looking for high quality, experienced people then these two are the only ones to hire.
We have had numerous contractors etc. over the years and I can honestly say the communication, follow-up, attention to detail and timelines was the best we have ever experienced.

From the moment we met Annie and Martin, we felt fairly confident that we would hire them to help design and carry out our kitchen renovation. It was going to be extensive: removal of a load bearing wall, a complete reconfiguration of the elements, and we had some pretty specific visions for the remodel.
We became completely confident that we would hire them when they provided references, and in each call we made, and even the visit we made to see Martin’s cabinetry in action, we heard the same thing: “Annie and Martin are fantastic, high attention to detail and craftsmanship. They will not be the cheapest choice, but you will be able trust them completely.”
Through our extensive project, we did come to trust them completely. They were honest, true to their word, and empathizing when things out of their control (like the supply chain) happened. They were loyal, showing up for every inspection, delivery and inspecting each subtrade they employed. They were generous with their time, and with their ideas, and the creative solutions we came up with have been some of my favourite elements in our kitchen. and they do remarkable work!
We would hire them again in a heartbeat!
We are delighted with our cutting & charcuterie boards and table you created from the olive tree plank taken from our property.
We especially appreciated the collaborative approach for this project, the result of which is you transforming that olive plank into objects of art. One of the boards we are keeping for display, nothing will be cut on it. The table is in our living room, it looks great. Each of our daughters is delighted to have a board as a beautiful memento of that tree from our property.

Custom Cabinet required Sitka to design, build and install a custom cabinet into a previously wasted space in our guest bedroom. Annie and Martin were very thoughtful with the design to ensure that the end result would be functional to meet our requirements, and second, blend in beautifully, with the room décor. We finally have a place, now, for a large vinyl record collection, flat screen tv, and huge storage draws to house winter clothing and other bulky items.
Heirloom Piece Restoration was on a 1960’s era teak chair that had badly deteriorated over the decades requiring a full overhaul including custom upholstery work. The end result is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture that is a now a pop of WOW in our living room.
Annie and Martin are professionals. They seek to understand requirements fully, delivering creative results on budget and on time. We would hire Sitka Concept again, and would not hesitate to recommend Sitka to others and, in fact, already have!
We had Annie and Martin renovate our main floor living area. We could not be any happier. They were able to take our rough ideas and elevate them by making our house a beautiful, functional living space for a growing family. We felt cared for and important when they were working with us.
They were extremely flexible when our second child arrived and they were able to work around us. We can’t wait to have them back for our future projects.
Annie and her team deserve 10 out of 5 stars. Truly a wonderful designer and person. She answered our call of desperation and didn’t hesitate to help us out. The renderings delivered were better than I could have imagined and the execution exceeded even that!
