This house, located in Penticton BC., was bought as an investment, solely to remodel it completly and resell. The seller was a lady in a wheelchair that defied all doctors diagnosis. She was supposed to be in heaven before reaching 10 years old… She made it all the way to near 50 years old, proudly living in her own house.
Due to her condition, she couldn’t maintain the house properly but the structure was still very solid. We were blessed to make this house beautiful again.
