We are getting involved in our community as much as possible, hoping to make it a better place. We are dedicating our time to projects that matters to us and together, we believe we can all make a difference, one action at a time!
Volunteering has always been part of my life. Being part of a community means, for me, to give back in any ways, shape or form one can give. Every week, since December 2022, I look forward to my “shift”, serving at our local Hospice; where most take their last voyage. Being close to the end of life has a deep impact on me: I want to embrace each and every day fully!
The Penticton and Area Cycling Association (PACA). Because we love mountain biking, and we use the trails almost all year long! We thought it would be important to support this non-for-profit organization that makes our sport much more safe and enjoyable. 2023-2024
Every kid should be able to play sports. For a lot of little Canadian, hockey is the one! Look for our banner on the Memorial rink during the hockey season. 2022-2023 | 2023-2024
Every kid should be able to swim. More than just a sport, swimming is a life skill that can be enjoyed all life long. We are proud to contribute to the swim club for the year 2022-2023.
When we renovate your kitchen (or bathroom and/or your whole home!), we make sure all useable appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, hardware, cabinets and countertops are donated to Habitat for Humanity. They have an amazing program to supply affordable home for those who are less fortunate. Plus, it keeps the landfill clear!
Unless, of course, you can reuse your kitchen in your garage, your in-law’s suite or give it to your brother’s friend! Otherwise, we are proud and honored to donate your “before” kitchen to this great program.
