This is when we meet for the first time. We listen to your needs, discuss your priorities, your vision, your budget. We take some measurements. We can meet in person, over the phone or via email.
We go back to our office and put your project in drawings. We work with your collaboration to complete very realistic 3D drawings. We work hourly or within a budget, depending of the size of your project.
Once your design plans are finalized, we can estimate an overall budget for building your project. We give you your design plans, building steps, an accurate budget and a time schedule, so you know the entire process.
When the overall budget is approved, we provide exact construction drawings so there are absolutly no uncertanties. Every trades has a very clear picture of what is needed. It saves everyone time, money and it make your project way more enjoyable.
We provide a schedule so you know what to expect, what is left to do and when the completion is scheduled for. You will receive a payment update bi-weekly. We take care of all the trades for you so you only have to talk to our team. Our relationship is based on excellent communication.
We stand by our work and we are proud of offering a two (2) years warranty over our company’s work.
