Behind the scene of this great home remodel we are currently working on.

Full interior revamping: new flooring, new paint, new light fixture, entrance area reconfiguration with a new large closet, raising the floor height and door of the garden room, took down one wall, completely moved the kitchen to the formal dining room area, opening the exterior wall to welcome a 12ft patio door, having the exterior blend in with the exterior.

Full remodel of the exterior: new concrete slab for garbage bins storage, new slab for exterior patio, new siding, removed the old yellow stucco for a fresher look, and new durable material.

First week of this new home remodel went so fast: from an original house to an empty space on studs… with holes on the exterior wall. 😳

Very well prepared and organized, we obviously closed the large openings for future new window and door.

No matter how well we prepare our clients, it is always a little overwhelming to see your home in that state in such a short time!
